Can art be customized?

Yes! RFA Decor’s hand-embellished giclées can be customized by size, the medium they are printed on, the framing method and even color and texture. Learn more about our custom art. 

 

Do your artists accept commissions?

Many of our RFA Decor artists do accept commissions, so if you need something special contact us. 

 

What is your lead time?

Most of our art is made upon order. The lead time for works on paper or canvas is generally three weeks. The lead time for artwork made from other materials, such as metal, acrylic and resin is generally five weeks. 

 

Do you accept payment over the phone?

We do not accept payments over the phone, but you can contact us for a Credit Card Authorization form or to arrange a payment by wire.

 

Do you have catalogs?

Yes! You can view our RFA Decor catalogs online.

 

How do I become an RFA Decor artist?

We are always looking for cutting-edge artwork for our biannual collections. If you are interested in becoming an RFA Decor artist you can follow our artwork submission process to have your work considered.

 

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes! We do offer trade discounts. You can create a trade account on rfadecor.com.

 

How can I create my trade account?

You can create a trade account using the Create Account link found between the search icon and Cart in the upper right-hand corner of rfadecor.com.

 

Can you tell me if my business already has a trade account?

Contact us and let us know the email address, business name or user name that you think was used to create an account, and we will be happy to check for you.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. Whether you need a single giclée print or art for an entire hotel or cruise ship, we are happy to help you find a perfect work of art.

Do you have drop ship capabilities?

Yes! We regularly fulfill orders for large retailers, e-commerce sites, and other sellers of art.
