Shipping and Return Policy

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for completion of your order. (Three weeks for paper and canvas artwork. Five weeks for artwork made with other materials.)

Shipping

In the event that merchandise is damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 hours. All claims must originate with you and be filed with the shipping or delivery service within 24 hours.

Returns

All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please notify us upon receipt of your merchandise. Claims must be made in writing within 5 business days. Goods can only be returned for credit upon authorization by RFA Decor. If the return is accepted, the credit will be placed “On Account” only.
