Davila Squared, an exhibition of sculptures by father and son artists Fernando Davila and Rod Davila is now on view through Feb. 10 in the RFA Decor gallery (150 Yamato Road, Boca Raton, Fla.). The exhibition   can be viewed during regular gallery hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fernando Davila, who signs his works as CAIO, is a Brazilian-American artist who turned his passion for woodworking into an art career, experimenting with colors, forms and patterns to create the wooden sculptures that have become his signature style. His works, which have been widely collected, can be found in private collections in the United States, the Bahamas, Venezuela and his native country of Brazil.

Rod Davila draws inspiration from his upbringing in Rio—with its sun-soaked beaches and surf—and his passion for automotive design. His art is a fusion of flowing natural shapes—such as the rhythm of waves, the precision of industrial design, and his roots in surfboard craftsmanship. Sculpting with high-density polyester foam reinforced with resin and fiberglass, he meticulously smooths the surfaces of each work to perfection. His works, inspired by nature, utilize light and shadow to express motion and volume.

In addition to their works in Davila Squared, both artists are also available for commissions.
